How do I get the lounge pass?
You will need to to book and register online via this site before August 31 2019. Your departing flight can take off any time between June 1 (2019) and February 29 (2020). You will need to book and register at least seven days prior to travel, so keep that in mind!
For those looking to book a flight from overseas back to Australia, you're out of luck! The free lounge pass promotion is only available for flights departing Australia.
It's not a requirement to book direct with Qantas so you could use your travel agent or compare the cheapest flights online via this site, as long as you enter your frequent flyer number at the time of booking.
How many times can I redeem the offer?
There is a limit of one free business lounge pass per person during the offer period. If you make more than one eligible international Qantas booking during this time, you'll only receive the complimentary lounge pass once.
What if I'm travelling with multiple people?
Each person that qualifies would need to register their frequent flyer number via this page separately (if you're between 18-35)
What if I turn 36 after booking?
As long as you register while you're 35, you're good to go.
When and how will I get the lounge pass?
Qantas will send you a notification via email when you're digital lounge pass is ready to be redeemed. You will then need to link it to your booking for which you will also get instructions via email.
How to link lounge passes to a booking?
You will need to access this page: https://www.qantas.com/au/en/frequent-flyer/the-qantas-club/complimentary-invitations.html 24h before departure. This is important because if you try a few hours before your flight, you may not get access.
