So, we’ve gathered some of our partners to help make this season extra merry. And by that, we mean you could earn up to 10,000 bonus Velocity Points.

Easiest Way To Get 10k Points
Ok so for this exercise we’re only interested in the 10,0000 bonus points. Go ‘big’ or go home. We also don’t want to waste or spend money for the sake of spending so we need to be strategic about this deal.
To get the 10k points, you will need to earn at 5 partners. Here’s my suggestion on the best/quickest/easiest way to meet the requirements:
- Flybuys. This one is easy, simply transfer some flybuys points over to Velocity Frequent Flyer and ‘voila’, one down four to go!
- Velocity eStore. This one is also easy, and you can spend as little or as much as you want. Simply buying an iTunes product would do the trick. Allow a budget of a few dollars for this and the easiest is to buy a digital product to avoid any shipping charges etc.
- Auto Barn. Personally, I don’t care too much about cars, but I figured they have some cheap items and you can order it via their website (don’t forget to enter your Velocity number online!). In-store pickup is also allowed, so I bought a shammy for $6.99. I probably won’t bother actually going to collect it… PS. Turn out you can also buy a bucket for $1.99. I just din’t look hard enough.
- Sendle. If you haven’t heard about Sendle, it’s a courier service which you can use to send parcels around the country and now worldwide. They pick it up from your house at no additional cost, and local postage is only $6.80. So go ahead and book your self a Sendle delivery… if you have nothing to send, send something to your self!
- BP. Saving the hardest for last? Not exactly. Simply fuel up your car and swipe that Velocity Frequent Flyer card to get number 5 ticket off the list.
- BONUS: Willson Parking… normally these guys are a complete rip-off but in this case we’re just booking a spot to get the points. In all major cities you won’t find many deals for less than $16 so instead, set the location to South Australia, Adelaide Central. At the moment they are running a $5 hourly special which you can book online. No need to actually show up of course.
Conclusion
If you have a few spare minutes on your hands, this is probably the easiest 10,000 points you will earn this week.
Of course, there are a few other partners which you can use to earn points and complete the challenge, but I worked out that the above are the easiest options for me personally and the total outlay will be less than $20.
